Christmas Display 2023

The countdown is on…

Heathrow's annual Christmas Display is an opportunity for all of the Club's gymnasts to perform together and display the skills they've learnt in front of a live audience filled with their family and friends. We kindly ask all parents, members and guests to carefully read all of the information contained below…
Notice to Parents
Every year a monumental effort takes place to plan, organise and create an original Christmas Display. Our staff dedicate themselves to ensuring our Christmas Displays run to perfection - however in order for that to be achieved, all parents, children and guests are required to arrive in good time. Due to the large number of spectators, and their overlapping arrival and departure in-between performances, traffic and parking delays are to be expected. Please allow time for this delay in your journey planning.

Every class performance is individually choreographed and created. Each child learns this performance using their fellow classmates as a reference for changing lines and patterns. Therefor every absent child creates an undue pressure upon their fellow classmates during their performance. To avoid this situation, all children are to attend all shows they have been choreographed into. If this is not possible due to an emergency or other exceptional circumstances, please ensure you notify their head coach of their planned absence in good time (children in our General Classes are expected to perform in two displays).

Heathrow Gymnastics Club has a zero tolerance policy for abusive or argumentative behaviour of any kind to its staff. Heathrow Gymnastics Club reserves all rights to refuse entry.
Important Information
Each and every year tickets sell out in record time. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you purchase your ticket in good time. A valid ticket is required for each person (including children all of all ages). Due to the length of each display which has loud music throughout, we strongly advise against bringing any child under the age of 3.

Tickets are available for purchase at Reception, tickets cannot be reserved or purchased over the phone. Initially (13th November - 3rd December), all ticket purchases are restricted to a maximum of 4 tickets per child. This restriction applies to the total number of tickets, not total per show. Please note, select performances may become oversubscribed and your first choice may not be available.

From 10AM on Monday 4th December, all remaining tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. Please note, tickets are not allocated seat numbers, and some seats have restricted views or are bench seats.

Due to seating and capacity restrictions, anyone without a valid ticket will not be permitted entry, this rule is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

Each display lasts approximately 1.5 hours, audience doors open 20 minutes before each display begins. Due to the significant number of spectators for each display, our car park will be at near maximum capacity in-between shows. In order to alleviate as much congestion as possible, please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before the start of the display.

Please take time to ensure you park considerately, this will help ensure that all designated spaces can be used. Under no circumstances may any car stop/park in front of any emergency exit, in a yellow hatched area or stop/park in such a way that partially blocks the road. Any cars found to be parked in this way will stop the display from starting.
