Our Elementary Squad is for selected gymnasts who show the potential for elite gymnastics, from within their current Artistic or Acrobatic class. Gymnasts are aged from 5 to 7 years old, and train for 6½ hours per week.

Gymnasts within our Elementary & Intermediate classes that display a special aptitude for gymnastics are invited to join this class on a once a week basis. This trial period lasts for 2 months. Once joined on a permanent basis, gymnasts are expected to attend all 3 sessions, along with their Ballet class. Girls Elementary Squad also take part in our Club Championships and Heathrow's annual Christmas Display.
