Can I use an Android device?
Android devices, including both phones and tablets, come with a preinstalled app called 'Internet'. This "light weight" browser often has difficulties when users attempt to view a website that requires the user to login, including the HGC website.

In order to use your Android device we recommend that you download an alternative browser, such as Google Chrome. This application is available for free and should remove any issues you may be experiencing when attempting to login to your HGC Zoom class page or the Zoom website.
Which browser should I use?
Any modern internet browser should not have any issues when logging into websites, including both the HGC website or Zoom website. Some older browsers however are not compatible with modern websites. For example, 'Internet Explorer', which is now a discontinued browser, will often have difficulty when logging into either the HGC website or Zoom website. 'Internet Explorer' has now been replaced with 'Edge', which performs as expected when logging in.

If you're having trouble logging into either the HGC website or the Zoom website, we recommend downloading Google Chrome - this internet browser is available for both Windows and Mac and is free to download and use.
Do I need a Zoom account to use Zoom?
A Zoom account is not required if you are strictly joining Zoom Meetings as a participant. If someone invites you to their meeting, you can join as a participant without creating an account.
