Christmas Display

Thank you…

To all those involved in making Heathrow's 2018 Christmas Display so special, thank you.
A detailed document with all the relevant Christmas Display Information can be found here.
Heathrow's annual Christmas Display is an opportunity for all of our gymnasts to perform together and display the skills they've learnt in font of a live audience filled with their family and friends.

Each and every year tickets sell out in record time. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you purchase your ticket (available from reception) in good time. A valid ticket is required for each person (including children). Due to seating and capacity limitations, anyone without a valid ticket will not be permitted entrance, this rule is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

Important Information

Audience doors open 30 minutes before the display begins, please do not arrive more than 40 minutes before the start of the display.

Please take time to ensure you park considerately, this will help ensure that all designated spaces can be used. Under no circumstances may cars be parked in front of emergency exits, or in such a way that partially blocks the road. Any cars found to be parked in this way will stop the display from starting.

Notice to Parents

Every year a monumental effort takes place to plan, organise and create an original Christmas Display. Our staff dedicate themselves to ensuring our Christmas Displays run to perfection, however in order for that to be achieved, all parents, children and guests are required to arrive in good time. Due to the large number of guests, and the overlapping arrival and departure of guests in-between performances, traffic and parking delays should be expected. Please allow time for this delay in your journey planning.

Every class performance is individually choreographed and created. Each child learns this performance using their fellow classmates as a reference for changing lines and patterns. Therefor every absent child creates an undue pressure upon their fellow classmates during their performance. To avoid this situation, children are to attend all of the shows they have been choreographed into. Children in our general classes are expected to perform in two displays.

Heathrow Gymnastics Club has a zero tolerance policy for abusive or argumentative behaviour of any kind to its staff. Heathrow Gymnastics Club reserves all rights to refuse entry.
Thank you for you cooperation and understanding.
